How it will work

  1. Size picker

    Customer picks a project type; the size calculator suggests a container and warns on heavy debris.

  2. Live price

    Your flat price per size, included tons, rental days and overage rate - shown before they book, pulled from your price sheet.

  3. Delivery date + placement

    Customer picks a date window and drops a pin / notes for placement (driveway, street - with a permit reminder).

  4. Deposit or full payment

    Card on file so overage tons and extra days can be billed at pickup.

  5. Straight to dispatch

    The order appears on the dispatch board as an unassigned drop.

How other roll-off software handles this

Docket lists a “Basic” shopping cart on its GROW plan and a “Premium” cart on PRO, per its pricing page. iCans lists “website integration for online orders” on its $99 Base plan; DRS includes online booking even on its $79.95 Launch plan. Does it work with my existing website?

That is the plan: an embed snippet for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or a hand-coded site, not a forced website rebuild.

Can customers see my overage and extra-day terms before booking?

Yes - included tons, per-ton overage and extra-day fees display with the price and go into the rental agreement.

Do I need online payment?

No. You can accept bookings as requests and call to confirm. Card-on-file just makes overage billing easier.
